Yes we are open and still able to dispatch orders Australia wide daily.

Delivery is available Australia Wide on all of our Baby Gift Hampers.

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE on all baby hampers over $99.95, and just a low $9.95 on hampers under $99.95

 

Metro Deliveries

Next day delivery is available to all metro areas Australia wide (excluding NT) if ordered by 2:30pm AEST.  (Please see below regarding some covid related delays)

  

Outer Metro, Country Deliveries, & deliveries to NT

Unfortunately next day delivery is not available to country, outer metro areas and to the NT.

Delivery will range from 1-3 business days.

We do not recommend delivery to country hospitals as patients have often checked out before the delivery can be made. Instead, please arrange delivery when the recipient will be home.

 

Hospital Deliveries

Patients seem to be being discharged faster and faster these days, so where possible we recommend delivery to a home address.

It is your responsibility to confirm that the recipient will be in hospital for the full day that your delivery will be made.

If delivery is made to a hospital and the patient has checked out, been moved to another hospital or hotel, or is admitted under a different name (maiden name), a re-delivery fee will apply.

Please include as much information as possible, including the ward and room number when placing your order.

 

Weekends & Public Holidays

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.

 

Order Cut Off Times

All orders will leave us on the day of ordering if ordered by 12:30pm AEST, unless you specify in the 'Special Instructions' that you would like a later delivery date.

 

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

An Authority to leave will be assumed for home addresses if our courier feels the gift can be left in a safe place and out of the weather, unless you specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ not to do so. If the property is gated the gift will not be left.

If the parcel can not be left at the address provided it will be taken to the recipients local PO and a calling card will be left. Please note this will incur an additional fee of $9.50.

Please note if the gift is returned to us a return to sender/re-delivery fee will be charged of $10.95.

 

What happens if you provide an incorrect delivery address?

Please double check all of the details before submitting your order, as a re-delivery fee will apply if there is an address error or insufficient details.

If delivery is to a business address, be sure to include the business name.

 

Can you specify what time you want your gift delivered?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any specific delivery times.

 

What happens if your gifts not delivered?

Please check the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email to ensure it’s not simply at the PO awaiting collection due to no one being home to accept the delivery.

If the tracking is showing that it hasn’t been delivered, please get in contact us with us and we will investigate this straight away.

Please note that refunds will not be given for late deliveries as we are unfortunately unable to 100% guarantee delivery times.

 

Covid related delays

We continue to send orders on the same day for all orders received by 2:30pm AEST however, Star Track are experiencing some COVID-related delays particularly to NSW.
While we have seen very little delays this is a possibility and an ever changing situation, so please be patient and allow extra time during these unprecedented times.
