Delivery is available Australia Wide on all of our Baby Gift Hampers.

What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE on all baby hampers over $120, and just a low $9.95 on hampers under $120
Metro Deliveries
Next day delivery is available to all metro areas Australia wide (excluding NT) if ordered by 2:30pm AEST.
Outer Metro, Country Deliveries, & deliveries to NT
Delivery will range from 1-3 business days to outer metro, country and NT areas.
We do not recommend delivery to country hospitals as patients have often checked out before the delivery can be made. Instead, please arrange delivery when the recipient will be home.
Hospital Deliveries
Patients seem to be being discharged faster and faster these days, so where possible we strongly recommend delivery to a home address.
It is your responsibility to confirm that the recipient will be in hospital for the full day that your delivery will be made.
If delivery is made to a hospital and the patient has checked out, been moved to another hospital or hotel, or is admitted under a different name (maiden name), a re-delivery fee will apply.
Please include as much information as possible, including the ward and room number when placing your order.
PO Box Deliveries
Deliveries can be arranged to a PO Box however this will attract a $9.50 surcharge. We will contact you to arrange payment of this additional charge if you enter a PO Box address for delivery.
Weekends & Public Holidays
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
Order Cut Off Times
All orders will leave us on the day of ordering if ordered by 2pm AEST, unless you specify in the 'Special Instructions' that you would like a later delivery date.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
An Authority to leave will be assumed for home addresses if our courier feels the gift can be left in a safe place and out of the weather, unless you specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ not to do so. If the property is gated the gift will not be left.
If the parcel can not be left at the address provided it will be taken to the recipients local PO and a calling card will be left. Please note this will incur an additional fee of $9.50.
Please note if the gift is returned to us due to incorrect recipient details or the recipient not being at the delivery address, you will be charged a $14.95 re-delivery fee (please note this only partially covers our costs of the return and re-delivery).
What happens if you provide an incorrect delivery address?
Please double check all of the details before submitting your order, as a re-delivery fee will apply if there is an address error or insufficient details.
If delivery is to a business address, be sure to include the business name.
Can you specify what time you want your gift delivered?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any specific delivery times.
What happens if your gift has not arrived in the specified time?
We guarantee same-day dispatch for orders received by 2:30 PM AEST and use the fastest available express delivery service. However, occasional delivery delays can occur, though they are very rare (less than 1%). We sincerely apologise if this happens and understand it’s not ideal – it upsets us just as much as it does you. Please note that we do not offer refunds for these delayed deliveries, but if you notice any delays, please reach out to us so we can help rectify the situation as soon as possible.
