Which baby hampers can be personalised?
Most baby hampers at Pitter Patter Baby can be personalised. You can add the baby's name and date of birth to the gift box for $6.95 on any hamper. Additionally, there is a dedicated range of personalised hampers that include a bunny teddy printed with the baby's first name and a personalised box. Personalised options are also available for twin and triplet hampers.
How long does delivery take across Australia?
- Metro areas (excluding NT): Next business day delivery is available for all gift hampers if ordered by 2:30 pm AEST (Nappy Cakes excluded).
- Outer metro, country, and NT: Gift hampers take 1–3 business days; Nappy Cakes take 3–8 business days.
- Nappy Cakes: 2–8 business days for metro, 3–8 business days for outer metro/country/NT.
- No weekend or public holiday deliveries.
Can I add extras like a bottle of champagne or chocolate to a gift hamper?
Yes, you can select hampers that include champagne and chocolates for the parents, such as the Moet Delight Unisex Baby Hamper and Sparkling Baby Girl Hamper. Some hampers are pre-made with these extras, plus you will also be given the opportunity to add them to any of our other hampers during the selection process.
Do you offer next-business-day delivery in metro areas?
Yes, next business day delivery is available to all metro areas Australia-wide (excluding NT) for gift hampers ordered by 2:30pm AEST. Nappy Cakes are not eligible for next-business-day delivery.
Do you offer a return or refund policy?
Yes,
- Non-personalised items attract a full refund if cancelled before dispatch or returned (customer pays return postage).
- Personalised items cannot be refunded or returned once personalisation is completed.
- If the entire hamper is returned, a $24.95 fee is deducted to cover delivery and packaging.
- Damaged, faulty, or incorrect hampers are rectified promptly. Please contact customer service with photos if possible.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
